Bruno Lescoeur and Dagmar Rehm appointed as Advisory Board members
Copper Oak is proud to announce that it has appointed an Advisory Board to provide assistance with strategic questions, the implementation of the Group’s current plans and means to capitalise on future growth opportunities.
Among other matters, the Advisory Board will advise the Group with regards to corporate governance and will challenge and support the development of the Group’s business model in Europe and Africa.
Bruno Lescœur and Dagmar Rehm have been appointed as advisory board members.
Bruno Lescœur served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Électricité de France (EDF); President and CEO of London Electricity Group, which he developed into what is now EDF Energy; Senior Vice President, Generation, Engineering and Trading;Senior Executive Vice President of EDF and a member of the Executive Committee, with responsibility for international operations; Chief Executive Officer of Edison SpA and Group Senior Vice President, Gas and responsible for Italy and Southern Europe.
Bruno is currently serving as supervisory board member of Naftogaz, Ukraine's largest, vertically integrated oil and gas company.
Dagmar Rehm is member of the managing board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of juwi AG, one of the world’s leading companies in the area of renewable energy. Prior to joining juwi AG, Dagmar was CFO of the PPP and the segment “Engineering, Automation & Control” of Bilfinger SE (GBF). She held various management positions within the commercial departments of Thomas Cook, Deutsche Bahn, and AEG.
Dagmar has been Member of Supervisory Board at Koenig & Bauer AG since 2014 and Deputy Chairman since May 21, 2015.
